Account Verification That Protects Your Balance
Verification is the part that guards your money. Once your name, date of birth and photo ID sit on file, nobody else can claim your profile or redirect a payout into their own wallet. It also keeps payouts moving, because a request from an unverified profile waits until the details line up. We ask for your National ID, a selfie, and one
shot of you holding the card, and that is the whole list. Blurred corners are the usual reason a file comes back.
- Open verification in your profile — Sign in, go to your profile and tap the verification tab. The form shows which fields are still empty on your account before you upload a single file.
- Upload your National ID — Photograph the front and back on a flat, well-lit surface. All four corners should be visible and the printed text readable without glare or shadow.
- Take a selfie with the card — Hold the same card next to your face and shoot in daylight. This step ties the document to the person signing in from that device.
- Watch the status change — Your profile reads pending until our team finishes the check. If one photo blurs, we reopen that field only so you can replace just that file.
